What counts as a device?
A device is a Windows or Mac computer — a laptop or a desktop. You pay $15 per computer per month. Five computers is $60 per month ($12 each); ten is $100 per month ($10 each). You choose how many to cover and can add or remove computers later.
Is there a contract or a minimum?
No long-term contract. Ridge Watch is month-to-month and you can cancel any time — service continues through the end of the current billing period, with no penalty. You can start with a single device and add more whenever you want.
What happens when something is detected?
The software isolates the affected computer within minutes so a threat cannot spread, and the alert goes to a real security analyst who reviews what happened. If it is a genuine threat, we act and tell you what to do next. If it turns out to be harmless, we clear it. You are not left reading cryptic alerts and guessing.
