Billing and account support
For questions about a subscription, an invoice, a payment method, or cancelling a plan:

Ridge Watch subscribers do not need us for any of that: update payment details, download invoices, or cancel at any time in the billing portal, signing in with the email address used at checkout (the same link is in every receipt email). Cancelling stops future billing and service continues to the end of the current billing period, as described in our refund policy.
Security and vulnerability reports
To report a security issue affecting this website or our services, email security@obsidianridge.io. This address is monitored specifically for security reports and is the fastest route for anything time-sensitive. Please do not send vulnerability reports to the support address.
New enquiries
If you are considering managed security for a practice or a household, the fastest start is a briefing request — it tells us your size and situation before we talk, so the first conversation is useful rather than discovery. You are also welcome to email or call the numbers above.
Response times
We aim to answer email within one business day, Monday to Friday. These are targets for general correspondence and are not a service-level commitment; response commitments for active clients are set out in each signed Service Order. Security monitoring itself runs continuously and is not affected by office hours.
