Common questions
Do you have an office I can visit?
No. Obsidian Ridge is a remote-first practice with a Cary mailing address. Deployment, monitoring, and response all happen remotely; for Triangle clients, on-site work is available by arrangement when a project genuinely needs hands on hardware.
Do you only serve the Triangle?
No. The platform is fully remote, and clients anywhere in the US get the same 24/7 monitoring and the same CISSP-led response. The Triangle is simply where in-person meetings and on-site work are practical.
What does it cost?
Managed security starts at $15 per device per month. The Cyber Insurance Readiness Sprint is a one-time engagement from $1,500 to $3,500 depending on the size of the environment, delivered in seven business days.
