AI tools and client data

AI tool risk checker

Pick the AI tools your staff use and which plan each one is on, and this page tells you what the vendor itself publishes about that plan, grouped into what somebody has to decide and what somebody has to set. It runs entirely in your browser: nothing is sent to us, nothing is saved, and there is nothing to submit.

Tell it what your staff use

What kind of practice is this?
Which of these are in use, and on what?

Leave a tool blank if nobody uses it. Pick “Not sure” when you genuinely do not know — that is a finding of its own.

What that gives you

Pick a tool above and this fills in. Nothing is sent anywhere; the page does the work in your browser.

What this cannot tell you

It works from what you already know, and that is its limit. It cannot see the tool somebody installed last Tuesday, the personal account a part-timer signed in with, or the connector wired to a shared drive. For that you have to look at the computers: a free 30-day AI security assessment does exactly that, and a sample set of findings shows what comes back. Once you know the list, the staff AI policy builder turns it into a one-page policy.
